Taurus Downtown Technopark will form the nucleus of Technopark, one of India’s biggest business parks which currently employs over 55,000 people and is in the process of expanding to over 100,000 by 2020.

The world-class, mixed-use development will address pent-up demand for Class A office space and social infrastructure facilities. It’s located on the strategic National Highway 66 and is close to both Trivandrum’s international airport and rail hub. Downtown Technopark features over 3.3 Million Square Feet of world-class, Class A, office space in three towers and a 1.4 Million Square Feet regional-scale shopping centre with multiple anchor tenants. The project includes a 175 key business hotel and serviced apartments. The office component will include both SEZ and non-SEZ space and will also include a state-of-the-art business incubation facility which will be developed in association with leading global universities and corporate partners. Taurus is partnering with Embassy Group, India’s leading office developer, for the office component of the project and with Asset Homes, Kerala’s top residential developer, for the serviced apartments.

The project is expected to enter active development by October 2018. Phase I of the project that will include about 1,300,000 Square Feet of office, and all of the non-office components is expected to be operational in early 2020.
